Vale’s Global Graduate Program presents a unique opportunity for talented engineers, geologists and environmental professionals who want to work in technical positions around the world.
Graduates gain experience and exposure to project opportunities in departments across the business as well as other activities that Vale is involved with. As a graduate, opportunities are created to provide you with a solid base of experience in your chosen field of study whilst at the same time exposing you to related disciplines that you will interact with throughout your career.
Within Australia, the rotational nature of the program offers a range of experiences in many areas of the business including exposure to both underground, open cut and expansion operations.
The duration of the program is two years for all graduates, with an optional third year extension for specialisation / qualification.
